For companies on the Medium Business Plan and above you can now customise the specific job application URL on a per job basis, which gives you full control over where you are directing job hunters to apply for job vacancies. Allowing you to capture all the information you require as part of the application process that fits in with your current recruitment processes and systems. In addition to this, you can also add in your own tracking parameters as needed to ensure you know where your job applicants came from. We automatically add standard UTM Tracking Parameters onto the URLs o you don’t have to worry about those including utm_source=, utm_medium=Referral and utm_campaign=Job-Vacancy. Simply add in any additional tracking parameters you need within the apply direct URL field when posting a job and we’ll do the rest to ensure you can track the data that’s important to you.
